Access controls, audit trails, and dual-layer tenant isolation so each customer's data stays theirs, designed against the SOC 2 and GDPR criteria. We have not been through a third-party audit yet, and we will say so plainly until we have.
Validated, then released
Core HR, analytics, and employee service delivery arrive first. Payroll, benefits, and time follow as each clears a 500-scenario accuracy suite. Modules ship when they prove out, not before.
What comes next
The first of a hosted line.
HRM is the proving ground for our platform architecture: multi-tenant isolation, bi-temporal data, embedded AI, and enterprise compliance. The same foundation will carry future hosted products for teams that want tools with this level of rigor, without running them.
